On behalf of NCSPP and the staff of IMPULSE, I would like to convey congratulations to our Editor-in-Chief, Matthew Morrissey, on the birth of his daughter Emerson Louise. We hear from him that he is "really digging" being a new parent, and we wish him and his family well. Perhaps he'll choose to reflect on his new experiences as a parent in future editions of IMPULSE.
